We are currently seeking a full-time Accounting Supervisor to oversee our financial operations and support our company's continued growth.. Main duties and responsibilities: - Schedule work - Train workers in duties and policies - Ensure accuracy of financial transactions - Co-ordinate, assign and review work - Train staff - Prepare and submit reports - Oversee the preparation of reports - Monitor financial control systems - Internal audit - Oversee payroll administration - Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems - Manage cash - Co-ordinate, assign and review work - Evaluate daily operations - Coordinate the organization's financial operations and budget activities in order to optimize financial performance Requirements - Education required: minimum a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field, combined with relevant work experience. - Experience: 3-5 years (required) - Language: English or French (required) - Work Location: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
