Senior Technology Operations Analyst - SAP SuccessFactors/EC - Dieppe, New Brunswick Location: Dieppe, New Brunswick. Other locations: Primary Location Only. Date: 21 May 2026 Requisition ID: 1711569 Opportunity Join EY Managed Services as an experienced SAP SuccessFactors / Employee Central Consultant. This role focuses on ongoing support, enhancements and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors solutions, with a strong emphasis on Employee Central. You will ensure system stability, data integrity and continuous improvement of HR processes in the Application Managed Services (AMS) team. Responsibilities - Provide end-to-end support for SAP SuccessFactors, with a focus on Employee Central modules. - Manage incident, service request and problem tickets in line with SLAs and AMS support processes. - Configure and maintain Employee Central components including workflows, business rules, data models and position management. - Support data imports, integrations and interface monitoring (e.g., SAP CPI/Integration Center). - Perform system monitoring, validation and periodic health checks to ensure data consistency and system stability. - Partner with clients and internal teams to deliver enhancements, releases and continuous improvements. Skills and Attributes for Success - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to work collaboratively within diverse technical teams. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, HR Technology or a related field. - Approximately 3+ years of hands‑on experience in SAP SuccessFactors, with expertise in Employee Central. - Experience working in Application Managed Services (AMS), Production Support or HRIS support environments. - Hands‑on experience with configuration (business rules, workflows, role‑based permissions). Preferred - SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification. - Experience with additional modules such as Time Off, Recruiting or Performance & Goals.
