Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Compost Sorter/Cleaner in the Logistics sector in Debert, Nova Scotia. Responsible for sorting waste to ensure proper composting, recycling, and disposal. Maintains cleanliness of facilities by performing routine janitorial tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and restocking supplies. Supports sustainability and hygiene standards in a fast-paced environment.What's in it for you: $19.00 hourly. Day shift - 7:30am-3:30pm. Potential to turn into a permanent position. 4% vacation pay on every pay. Shift: Monday to Friday. Weekly pay. Responsibilities

Separating waste material from packaging Rinsing out Yogurt containers Disposing of Produce in proper area Disposing of Carboard in proper area Maintains cleanliness of facilities by performing routine janitorial tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and restocking supplies Supports sustainability and hygiene standards in a fast-paced environmentAny other duties as necessary Qualifications

Reliable transportation - this role is not on a bus route Must be able to comfortably lift up to 50 lbs. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment Follow Health and Safety protocol Able to work 40 hours a week Must be comfortable working night shift
