Executive Assistant
to support our Leadership Team in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment. This is a trusted role for someone who brings structure, follow-through, and professionalism to everything they do. What You’ll Do Manage executive calendars, meetings, and priorities
Coordinate documents, correspondence, and confidential information
Track commitments and ensure follow-up is completed
Coordinate travel and logistics when required
Support leadership-led hiring processes (initial screening, scheduling, reference checks)
Maintain organization across recurring administrative tasks and deadlines
What We’re Looking For Experience supporting senior leaders as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role
Exceptional organization, judgment, and attention to detail
Strong communication skills and professionalism
Ability to anticipate needs and work proactively
Proficiency with Microsoft 365
Technologically strong, with solid computer and IT aptitude
Bilingual (French/English)
Bachelor's degree in administration, business, or related.
