Carpenter (Port Elgin)

Job Overview Custom Affordable Builders is looking for experienced and reliable skilled carpenters to join our growing team for residential construction projects. We specialize in high quality custom homes, renovations, framing and finish carpentry. We are looking for team members who take pride in their work, show up ready to work hard, and have strong attention to detail. Duties - Use hand tools, power tools, and woodworking equipment to complete framing, siding, and carpentry tasks - Assist with restoration projects including siding installation and structural repairs - Perform heavy lifting safely to move materials or equipment on-site - Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency - Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards Requirements - Proven experience in construction-related roles with skills in carpentry. - Proficiency with hand tools and power tools - Robust understanding of safety protocols related to heavy lifting, equipment operation, and construction sites - Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including heavy lifting - Strong work ethic and positive attitude - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation - Minimum 1 year residential carpentry experience preferred If your motivated, dependable, and passionate about quality craftsmanship, we'd love to hear from you.
