Key Responsibilities:• Support senior Converting and Press teams as instructed • Monitor and document quality inspections and tests • Manage scrap disposal and baler operation • Ensure cleanliness of equipment as part of the duties • Perform general housekeeping tasks in work areas

Requirements:• Must have a secondary school diploma or equivalent • Candidates will undergo mechanical aptitude testing • Experience in a relevant manufacturing setting preferred • Ability to lift 40 lbs. and perform physical tasks • Stay organized and safety conscious in all operations
