In this role, you’ll lead a team of engineers, ensuring that structural designs adhere to regulations while also being cost-effective. Key Responsibilities: - Lead, manage, and prioritize the Engineering Department’s projects - Provide mentorship and direct technical guidance to team members - Oversee design reviews and ensure compliance with codes - Coordinate with teams for effective project delivery - Engage in design-build projects to maximize efficiency Requirements: - Bachelor of Engineering in Civil/Structural Engineering - At least 10 years in steel structure projects - Eligibility for P.Eng registration - Proven experience in team development and leadership - Familiarity with design software like AutoCAD and Tekla Step into a pivotal role at Marid and advance your engineering career while supporting a diverse team.
