Here's where this position can take you: Level 1 — Field Sales Representative (D2D) ← YOU START HERE. Door-to-door sales, targeted areas, residential customer development. Level 2 — Caller/Telephone Representative. You move into outbound and inbound calls: customer follow-ups, appointment scheduling, lead nurturing. Less walking, more volume. Ideal if you're a natural talker and want to move into an inside role. Level 3 — Full-Service Sales Representative. The full-package position: you manage door-to-door sales, calls, and quotes. You meet with clients, assess their needs, estimate work, and close contracts yourself. More responsibility, better pay, a true sales role. Level 4 — Team Leader / Management Role You train recent team members, manage a department, and are responsible for your team's results.
