Everest Services Centre Inc., is one of the largest franchisees within the Mr. Lube + Tires Canada Group. We are hiring a bilingual Accountant to join our Finance and Administration team to support our service locations and oversee daily office operations. As the company enters a phase of accelerated growth, tripling in size over the next five years, you will be instrumental in supporting our growing team with strong financial acumen, accurate reporting, and effective administrative operations. This is ideal for someone who can combine solid accounting expertise with excellent office management skills. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Finance and Administration and the VP of Finance, you will ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all internal and external reports, maintaining an efficient office environment, and providing vital administrative support for our service locations. This is an hybrid role based in the Greater Montreal Area. What you’ll do - Manage daily revenue accounting and accounts receivable - Monthly reconciliation of accounts receivable - Issue operational reports (KPI’s) on a daily basis - Assist with monthly, quarterly, yearly governmental filings - Assist with external audits as required - Communicate financial information and reports in both French and English as needed. - Oversee day-to-day office operations, including office supplies, equipment, and facilities management - Develop and implement office policies and procedures to ensure efficiency. - Coordinate / assist with meetings and events - Serve as primary point of contact for vendors, service providers, and other external parties - Ensure smooth communication across departments and support organizational culture initiatives - Conduct correspondence and administrative tasks in both French and English as required - Other projects / tasks as directed by the Senior Manager, Finance and Administration or the VP of Finance - Travel to service locations, with occasional travel within Quebec, Ontario and British Columbia What you’ll bring - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. - Bilingual proficiency in French and English (written and spoken) required - Minimum 2-3 years experience in accounting and office administration. - Experience with SAGE 300 - Proficient with MS Office Applications - Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills - High attention to detail and strong analytical abilities - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Effective team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision Why join us - Competitive compensation - Employer paid medical benefits - Group RSP with matching employer contributions - Supportive leadership with a strong focus on mentorship and development - A growth oriented environment to support long term career development About us Everest Services Centre Inc. owns and operates Mr. Lube + Tires locations across BC, Ontario, and Quebec.
