Customer Expansion Specialist, Dollard-des-Ormeaux

About the role

As a Customer Expansion Specialist, you will be responsible for initiating outbound calls, generating leads, and providing solutions to Delight the Customer. You will play a pivotal role in qualifying and expanding our customer base and will work closely with various internal teams including sales and marketing.

How you will make an impact:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Qualify leads by assessing their needs, budget, and decision-making process.
• Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to uncover opportunities and overcome objections.
• Maintain accurate and up to date records of all interactions and outcomes in a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
• Meet or exceed monthly objectives and targets.

We're looking for someone with

• High School diploma; College Degree an asset.
• Experience in outbound calling or telemarketing.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to effectively navigate objections and handle rejections.
• Familiarity with using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
• English is required
