Salary: CAD $19.00 – $21.00 per hour We are currently seeking a candidate to fill a Receptionist position. This is a full time, permanent daytime position. Schedule Monday to Thursday: 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. This schedule is fixed and cannot be changed. Availability during these hours is an essential requirement for the position. Position Responsibilities Direct incoming calls for the Sales, Parts, and Service Departments while ensuring complete customer satisfaction. Welcome customers to the showroom. Process payments during customer transactions. Monitor and manage vehicle inventory records. Perform various administrative and office tasks. File and organize documents. Requirements Bilingual in French and English (ESSENTIAL). Robust interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused attitude. Previous customer service experience (receptionist experience is an asset). Automotive industry experience (a major asset). Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications.
