In this vital role, you will connect with residents, designing and implementing Life Skills tailored to their past interests and unique needs. Collaborating closely with the Reminiscence Coordinator, you’ll empower residents throughout their daily activities while promoting a positive environment. Your mission is to enhance the residents' quality of life in accordance with Sunrise's standards and principles.

Key Responsibilities:• Develop individualized Life Skills and engage residents daily • Lead life enrichment activities in group settings • Document resident participation and progress records • Partner with community teams for quality assurance • Assist residents in daily care routines alongside Life Skills

Requirements:• One year of experience with memory-impaired seniors • High School diploma or GED required • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to motivate residents and team members • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Sunrise applications
