In this position, you will have the opportunity to:

Efficiently operate the die‑cutting press, CNC die‑cutting machine and lifting equipment

Supply your workstation with raw materials (polycarbonate and other raw materials), doing so efficiently and minimizing handling.

Carry out machine set‑up during article changeovers (cutting die installation, electronic and physical set‑up on CNC).

Cut windshields while making efficient use of raw materials to minimize waste

Complete various quality control and production forms

Comply with safety rules, factory regulations and established work procedures

Maintain cleanliness of work area

Carry out any other tasks requested by the immediate superior

With the following skills and qualities, you will be successful in this role:

High school diploma, vocational diploma or equivalent

Knowledge of blueprint reading (an asset)

Knowledge of metrology (an asset)

Basic knowledge of mechanics

Ability to read and interpret manufacturing process information

Ability to drive a forklift truck
