In this position, you will have the opportunity to:

In collaboration with the day shift supervision team, plan, organize, and control all activities in our foundry during the evening shift Distribute and assign tasks to employees with the support of team leaders Ensure the rigorous application of Occupational Health and Safety standards, including rounds and necessary correctionsImplement improvement initiatives that can influence the daily results and efficiency of your employees Ensure the proper management of all plant operations to achieve health, safety, quality, and productivity objectives Implement improvement projects to promote the efficiency of operations Collaborate with other teams to ensure product compliance at all stages

With the following skills and qualities, you will be successful in this role:

Relevant recognized training combined with a minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in a unionized manufacturing environment. You are able to plan and organize a team's work effectively. Your employees' health and safety at work is your priority. You are recognized as a leader capable of motivating a team.You are a good communicator, both in groups and individually. You enjoy juggling multiple tasks. You are comfortable working with Outlook, Excel, and various other systems.
