As a Retail Sales Associate, you embody our aspiration to engage, listen and guide customers to products that resonate for them. Responsibilities - Collaborate and communicate with coworkers, customers, service providers, as well as warehouse and production employees. - Process sales transactions/cash handling/daily reconciliation. - Maintain a clean and organized work area. - Merchandise as per branding guidelines. - Various retails sales duties as required. - Maintain inventory management, including ordering, restocking shelves and conducting inventory counts. Experience - Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required. - Proficiency in cash handling and basic math skills to ensure accurate transactions. - Strong organizational skills to manage tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Ability to learn quickly about new products and sales. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with customers effectively.
