ECE Teacher ECEA (Duncan)

ECE/ECEA must hold a valid license to practise in BC. ECE/ECEAs are responsible for creating a secure, nurturing, and engaging environment that supports the growth and development of young children. ECE/ECEAs plan and implement age-appropriate learning experiences that encourage social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development while building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues. Must be familiar and follow BC licensing regulations, promote inclusive practices, and support children through play-based learning and responsive care.
