Paving Crew (Duncan)

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Paving Crew members to join our construction team. Currently hiring Class 1 asphalt truck drivers, Class 3 water truck drivers, labourers and skidsteer operators. The ideal candidates will have experience in construction, heavy equipment operation and paving. Duties - Operate heavy equipment such as skidsteers, rollers and paving machines to prepare and lay surfaces - Maintain equipment by performing routine inspections and basic troubleshooting - Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working workplace - Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and meet deadlines Requirements - Prior experience in construction or paving preferred - Mechanical knowledge related to heavy equipment operation and maintenance - Ability to operate dump trucks, trailers and other construction machinery safely and effectively - Valid driver’s license (CDL) is mandatory - Strong physical stamina with the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions - Excellent teamwork skills and a commitment to safety standards - Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently when required Join our team if you are committed to quality craftsmanship and safety in paving projects.
