Housekeeping Attendant (Duncan)

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness and orderliness in our hotel or hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will ensure guest rooms, public spaces, and facilities meet high standards of cleanliness and comfort. This role offers an opportunity to work in a agile setting where attention to detail and a strong work ethic are highly valued. Prior experience in cleaning or hospitality is preferred, but training will be provided for the right candidate. The position is essential in delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining the property's reputation for cleanliness and hygiene. Responsibilities - Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to established standards - Change bed linens, towels, and replenish supplies as needed - Vacuum, sweep, mop floors, dust surfaces, and clean windows - Report maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning - Follow safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals responsibly - Maintain a tidy storage of cleaning supplies and equipment - Adhere to hotel or facility policies regarding cleanliness and guest privacy Skills - Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or hospitality preferred - Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality standards - Ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team - Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift moderate loads - Excellent time management skills to complete assigned duties within designated shifts - Knowledge of industrial cleaning practices is a plus but not required - Ability to maintain professionalism and discretion at all times Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour Benefits: - On-site parking Work Location: In person Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2olf75
