Second Cook- Vietnamese Food Cook (Duncan)

Restaurant Information: Established more than 20 years ago and located in the heart of downtown Duncan, British Columbia, Nha Trang offers a variety of Japanese and Vietnamese food items, including a wide selection of vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options. Job Duties: Nha Trang is looking for one or more experienced cooks to perform the following job duties: Ø Prepare and cook Vietnamese food items, such as pho, bun rieu, bun bo hue, banh canh, pancakes, spring rolls and grilled sausage Ø Help oversee kitchen operations Ø Assist with menu planning and development Ø Ensure high standards of cleanliness and sanitation Required Skills and Experience: Ø At least three (3) of experience working as a Vietnamese cook in a commercial dining establishment Ø Ability to work efficiently, multi-task and perform well under pressure; and Ø Completion of secondary school Ø English language ability Terms of Employment: Ø Permanent Ø Full time and part time opportunities available (between 12 and 40 hours per week) Wage: Ø $25.00 per hour Location: 62 Kenneth Street in Duncan, British Columbia Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25.00 per hour Work Location: In person Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2ou97d
