Townline Construction Inc. is seeking a Construction Logistics Coordinator to support an active construction site in Duncan, British Columbia. Reporting to site leadership, this role is responsible for coordinating daily logistics and lifting activities to ensure secure, efficient, and well‑organized site operations. The Logistics Coordinator works closely with site management, crane operators, and trade partners to support construction activities and maintain compliance with safety and coordination requirements. The duties of the Logistics Coordinator may include but are not limited to: Organizing crane coordination and conducting daily morning meetings Updating coordination boards and control zone permits Completing daily inspections, including: Crane Rigging Telehandler Verifying traffic control setup Tracking permits Organizing the development of traffic control plans as required Collecting, reviewing, and distributing lift plans Ensuring control zones are set up and taken down in accordance with the coordination plan Collect concrete and material slips Observing rigging procedures Ensuring flight paths are being followed Other duties as required and assigned Skills and Requirements: Valid TCP ticket Valid Rigging ticket Effective communication skills Ability to work in a team environment Robust attention to detail Good problem‑solving skills Townline is an equal-prospect employer.
