Bartender Duncan

We are seeking a top-notch customer service-oriented and organized server/bartender to join our growing team. In this position you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service, and will contribute to the overall success of the business. Duties and Responsibilities Mix drinks, pour and serve wine, beer, and other beverages. Romance and sell the food, craft beer, and beverages. Communicate with the kitchen staff, floor staff, managers, and most importantly, our customers. Help with overall customer service and cleaning protocols. Take payments and cash out. Requirements and Qualifications High school degree or equivalent; or relevant work experience. Serving it Right certification. Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Ability to work independently, stay on task, and stay motivated. Willingness to work in a fast-paced setting and stay cool under pressure. Experience working as a bartender and server, or a strong willingness to learn. Proven track record of providing excellent customer service. Physically able to stand and move during the length of shift; able to bend and kneel through shift; able to carry 25 or more pounds of supplies. Must be available nights and weekends, and have reliable transportation.
