Job Summary

Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Class 3A Propane Driver on a permanent basis on Vancouver Island, BC. Pay ranges from $26.31 to $35.50 per hour, depending on experience. This is a part‑time role with the potential to work up to full‑time hours during busy winter months. The driver will make propane deliveries while maintaining a positive image and ensuring customer satisfaction.Responsibilities

Present a positive image in customer service while making propane deliveries. Conduct daily pre‑and post‑trip inspections, track hours, and report issues using an electronic log system. Maintain company vehicles, ensuring preventative maintenance is carried out and minor repairs are conducted.Perform work with a high standard of safety in all operations, ensuring compliance with procedures, policies, and regulations. Team and Customers

The Propane Driver works with other drivers and service technicians and reports to the Propane Operations Supervisor. The team cultivates a culture of customer service, safety, and work‑life balance. Deliveries are made to customers in agricultural, commercial, and domestic markets, emphasizing professionalism and care.Qualifications

1+ years of qualified driving experience (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered). Class 3A or Class 1A license. Crane truck certification or willingness to obtain one. Self‑starter who works well independently with strong organizational skills and time management.Familiarity with computers and/or electronic log systems. Comfortable with physically demanding work such as pulling heavy hose and equipment with a minimum weight of 50 lbs. Willingness to undergo a pre‑employment alcohol and substance test for safety‑sensitive work. Benefits and Compensation
