We are seeking a professional and motivated B2B Sales Account Representative to join our team at our Shawnigan Lake head office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys consultative selling, account development, and working closely with customers and colleagues in a professional office environment. While our customers are located throughout North America and internationally, this role is based in our Shawnigan Lake office and relies primarily on phone, email, CRM, and virtual meetings to support and grow customer relationships. About the Role You will manage and grow an established portfolio of B2B accounts while developing new business opportunities within existing and prospective customer organizations. Success in this role comes from relationship building, disciplined follow-up, understanding customer needs, and becoming a trusted advisor over time. Approximately half of your time will involve direct communication with customers, distributors, and prospects through phone calls, email, and virtual meetings.
