Senior Parts Advisor (Duncan)

As a Senior Parts Advisor, your number one focus will be selling and producing parts sales. The right candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and have the confidence to sell while providing the great customer experience. Responsibilities: - Sell tires. Sell parts. Sell accessories. - Be an integral part of producing/increasing sales GROSS for the parts department. - Order parts accurately to maintain low inventory overhead. - Assisting our internal, wholesale, and retail customers with quotes with the end goal of earning a sale. - Maintaining accessory displays. - Assist in managing parts returns. - Maintaining inventory accuracy. - Follow up with customers that have parts that have been ordered and arrived. - Liaise with technicians to ensure proper work flow - Maintain and develop an excellent customer experience. Requirements: - MUST be able to SELL - Previous parts advisor experience is an asset - Strong computer skills are an asset - Knowledge of Microsoft office and outlook is an asset - Previous experience using PBS software would be an asset - Must have flexible hours - Must be organized and able to multi-task in a fast paced and demanding environment - Able to provide excellent customer service - Have a positive, can-do attitude - Be fluent in English Why choose us!
