About the Opportunity

Almira Cabinets is expanding and looking for a highly motivated, business-minded Partner-Level Sales Specialist to join our team. This is not just a sales job. This is an opportunity to grow with us on a partnership track, helping drive major residential and commercial cabinetry projects across Alberta.

What You Will Do

Source new leads and build relationships with:

Homebuilders

General contractors

Developers

Renovation companies

Designers and architects

Pitch Almira Cabinets’ full range of products and capabilities (kitchens, vanities, closets, multi-unit projects, large-scale builds).

Meet clients, understand project requirements, and guide them through finish options and cabinetry solutions.

Prepare and deliver quotations (with support from our estimating and design team).

Negotiate pricing, close contracts, and secure long-term business.

Maintain ongoing communication with clients throughout the project cycle.

Represent Almira Cabinets professionally at meetings, showings, and site visits.

Build and scale your own portfolio of clients—directly contributing to company growth.

What We’re Looking For

Strong experience in sales, business development, or client relations (cabinetry, millwork, homebuilding, or construction industry experience is a huge asset but not required).

Confident, persuasive communicator who knows how to close deals.

Ability to read basic drawings or willingness to learn.

Self-driven, organized, and able to manage your own pipeline.

Relationship-builder who can approach new clients professionally.

Entrepreneurial mindset—someone who wants to grow into a partner role, not just an employee.
