Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. Responsibilities - Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards - Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service demands - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations - Follow food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures at all times - Assist in plating dishes attractively for presentation - Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations - Stock and restock ingredients as needed, ensuring freshness and quality control - Adhere to health department regulations and restaurant policies Skills - Proven experience in serving, food preparation, and cooking within a restaurant or food service environment - Robust knowledge of food handling, safety, and sanitation standards - Ability to efficiently perform meal preparation tasks under pressure in a fast-paced setting - Good communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team - Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hygiene throughout shift This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about culinary arts to develop their skills within a skilled kitchen setting.
