What You’ll Be Doing In this role, you will: - Complete interior and exterior painting projects to J&B;’s quality checklist - Perform all prep work: washing, patching, sanding, priming - Apply paints, stains, and finishes using brush, roller, and sprayer (preferred) - Work efficiently without sacrificing quality - Communicate professionally with homeowners and teammates - Protect client property and maintain clean, organized job sites - Contribute to reducing callbacks by following our “zero-defect” standards Key problem you solve: Deliver clean, on-time paint jobs that make clients confident enough to refer us.
