Site Supervisor - Distribution Center (Edmonton)

Reporting to the Patient Care Manager for the Integrated Operation Center, the Site Manager is the sole onsite manager during non-regular business hours (evenings, nights, and weekends). Managing Emerging Issues – the primary and initial point of contact for a Zone Senior Leader Acute on Call or anyone needing to contact someone on the site in the event of an emerging issue for immediate assessment and coordination; Onsite Management for inscope staff – provide resource management for the site to ensure effective utilization of resources, both staff and bed allocation, and serve as a resource and support for inscope staff on site, mitigating any patient or staff concerns related to the use of resources; Patient Flow Management – work collaboratively with bed planners to assist and lead the coordination of patient flow and ensure bed allocation and patient flow guidelines are followed throughout the RAH. This position has a mixed rotation of 8 hour and 12 hour shifts.
