Description
Alberta Honda is currently looking for a Part-Time Receptionist to join our team. This position is an excellent opportunity for someone who is professional, dependable, and enjoys creating a welcoming experience for customers. As the first point of contact for many of our guests, the Receptionist plays an important role in supporting daily dealership operations. The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a customer-facing environment. Schedule - Monday: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM - Saturday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Responsibilities - Greet customers and visitors in a skilled and friendly manner - Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department - Assist with basic inventory-related tasks - Maintain the cleanliness of the customer lounge and coffee area - Complete faxing, photocopying, filing, and general administrative duties - Support the dealership team with day-to-day office tasks as needed Qualifications - Previous reception or customer service experience is considered an asset - Strong communication skills - Professional appearance and positive attitude - Reliable and punctual - Strong attention to detail - Able to multitask in a busy environment - Comfortable with data entry and basic office duties - Strong customer service skills What We Offer - Training and support programs - A friendly team environment - Opportunity to gain dealership and administrative experience This position will remain open until a suitable candidate is selected.
