Position Overview: You will be the hub of our daily operations, ensuring the efficient scheduling and dispatching of technicians for our team of technicians. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Key Responsibilities: - Dispatch & Schedule Coordination - Managing Technicians - Customer Service - Outbounding to Existing Customers - Managing Customer Inbound and Outbound Chats - Assisting with Sales of HVAC Equipment/ Booking Quotes - Following Up on Estimates - Problem-Solving & Conflict Resolution - Entry Level Accounts Receivable Qualifications: · 1-5 years of experience coordination of 10-15 persons, (Experience in HVAC, plumbing, or related industries will be given preference) · Strong organizational and multitasking skills with an ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment. · Excellent communication skills, both with internal teams and customers. · Proficient with dispatching software (Priority given to applicants with ServiceTitan training/experience), CRM systems, and GPS routing tools. · Familiarity with HVAC systems and terminology (preferred but not required). · Proven ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently. · Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Company Perks and Benefits - Training and opportunities for advancement. - Competitive pay & spiff/ Commission opportunities! - Advantages after 3 months - Team Building Functions and Events What we need from you: · Highly Organized: Able to handle multiple tasks and schedules without missing details. · Calm Under Pressure: Remains composed and makes sound decisions when faced with multiple urgent tasks. · Proactive Problem-Solver: Anticipates issues and takes steps to prevent them before they escalate. · Strong Communicator: Ensures effective communication between customers, technicians, and office staff. · Customer-Centric: Prioritizes customer satisfaction and service excellence. · Adaptable & Flexible: Adjusts to changing priorities and job demands quickly and effectively.
