Job Summary Modern Air & Water has been family owned and operated since 1976! We Specialize in Residential HVAC service and replacement, as well as residential and commercial Air Duct Cleaning. Our team at Modern Air & Water is comprised of individuals that are passionate about providing exceptional, honest service. Position Overview: You will be the hub of our daily operations, ensuring the efficient scheduling and dispatching of technicians for our team of technicians. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Key Responsibilities: - Dispatch & Schedule Coordination - Managing Technicians - Customer Service - Outbounding to Existing Customers - Managing Customer Inbound and Outbound Chats - Assisting with Sales of HVAC Equipment/ Booking Quotes - Following Up on Estimates - Problem-Solving & Conflict Resolution - Entry Level Accounts Receivable Qualifications: · 1-5 years of experience coordination of 10-15 persons, (Experience in HVAC, plumbing, or related industries will be given preference) · Strong organizational and multitasking skills with an ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment. · Excellent communication skills, both with internal teams and customers. · Proficient with dispatching software (Priority given to applicants with ServiceTitan training/experience), CRM systems, and GPS routing tools. · Familiarity with HVAC systems and terminology (preferred but not required). · Proven ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently. · Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Company Perks and Benefits - Training and opportunities for advancement. - Competitive pay & spiff/ Commission opportunities! - Advantages after 3 months - Team Building Functions and Events What we need from you: · Highly Organized: Able to handle multiple tasks and schedules without missing details. · Calm Under Pressure: Remains composed and makes sound decisions when faced with multiple urgent tasks. · Proactive Problem-Solver: Anticipates issues and takes steps to prevent them before they escalate. · Strong Communicator: Ensures effective communication between customers, technicians, and office staff. · Customer-Centric: Prioritizes customer satisfaction and service excellence. · Adaptable & Flexible: Adjusts to changing priorities and job demands quickly and effectively. What we are looking for: - High school diploma or equivalent. - Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the HVAC or home services industry. (Not required, but would be an asset) Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $22.00 - $25.00 per hour, wage varies based on experience Expected hours: 40 per week Additional pay: - Commission pay - Overtime pay Benefits: - Dental care - Disability insurance - Extended health care - Life insurance - In office parking - Vision care Schedule: - 8 hour shift - Day shift - Monday to Friday - Potential Overtime but not a requirement of the position.
