The one who walks into a mechanical room and instantly starts diagnosing the problem before anyone else has finished explaining it. The technician who can troubleshoot a furnace in January, solve a boiler issue in a commercial building, diagnose airflow problems, repair a rooftop unit, tackle hydronic systems, work through gas systems, understand controls, communicate with customers, and leave people saying: "That was the best service experience I've had." You take pride in your work. You care about quality. You believe details matter. You can think on your feet, solve problems under pressure, and handle the weird issues that make everyone else scratch their head.
