Customer Service/Sales Representative (Edmonton)

Rockstar Advertising & Marketing is looking for fundraising representatives to support our in office and in-person community fundraising campaigns to create a significant social impact on behalf of the charities and non-profit organizations we represent. Requirements: - Authorized to work in Canada with a valid work permit - English speaking (Intermediate) - Available to work on-site (in-person) - Available to work full-time (40hrs per week / 12:15pm – 9pm / Mon - Fri) - Completion of criminal record check (no major offences permitted) To qualify: We look for those who have experience in sales, fundraising, hospitality, or public relations as that is an asset but are not required as we will pay you to complete your training. What we offer: - Full time employment - Shifts are Monday to Friday (12:15pm - 9pm) - Hourly pay starting at $16 per hour, with hourly incentives up to $24 per hour - Extended health care benefits (after 3 months of full-time employment) - Daily training and continuous support - For those who qualify and wish to advance, we offer leadership and management training - A competitive and a fun team culture - Travel opportunities Expectations: - To participate in local awareness and fundraising campaigns in residential communities and/or high traffic points - Activities include neighborhood canvassing, promoting our clients at mall kiosks, events, and a variety of other in-person (face-to-face) fundraising activities - Fundraise on behalf of some of Canada’s top non-profit organizations including the Canadian Red Cross, Canadian Cancer Society, UNICEF, WWF, the Canadian National Institute for the Blind, and more! - Be comfortable with daily one-on-one interaction with potential donors - Be receptive for feedback, training and support from the management team Next steps: When you apply, our team will review your application.
