Auto Glass Technician- Trainee (Edmonton)

Are you looking to start a hands-on career in the automotive industry? Windshield Surgeons is hiring a full-time Trainee Auto Glass Technician to join our team! No previous experience in auto glass is needed — just a great attitude, a valid Class 5 driver’s license, and a willingness to learn. What You’ll Do: - Assist experienced auto glass installers with repairs and replacements - Perform rock chip and crack repairs - Clean customer vehicles as part of our service promise - Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment - Answer customer calls, provide support, and process payments - Shuttle vehicles to and from local dealerships What We’re Looking For: - A valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving record (required) - Able to drive both standard and automatic transmission vehicles - Physically fit and comfortable standing or moving for long periods - A reliable team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment - Available to work Monday–Friday (8am–5pm) and Saturdays (9am–3pm) as per the shop schedule Why Work With Us? - Starting wage of $18/hour, with room for regular wage increases - Opportunity to grow into roles such as Auto Glass Installer or Service Advisor - Full training and on-the-job support provided - Secure hours and a great team environment How to Apply: Apply directly through Indeed with your updated resume.
