Overview We are currently seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Production Associate to join a busy industrial operation in Edmonton. This position is ideal for candidates with warehouse, assembly, hydraulics, quality control, or industrial manufacturing experience who thrive in a hands‑on environment. Advantages - Full‑time stable opportunity - Opportunity to work in a safety‑focused industrial environment - Hands‑on technical and warehouse experience - Variety of responsibilities including assembly, inspections, testing, and inventory control - Supportive team environment - Training and growth opportunities available Responsibilities - Assembly and process product accurately and efficiently - Ensure customer orders are processed, filled, and shipped on time - Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse workplace - Perform workplace safety inspections and participate in safety meetings and improvement initiatives - Conduct inspections, reclamation, testing, shipping, and assembly of products - Issue non‑conformance reports, hold/scrap tags, and corrective actions when required - Monitor calibrated equipment and ensure maintenance and calibration schedules are followed - Maintain warehouse equipment and document maintenance activities in logs - Perform inventory control and assist with warehouse organization - Receive and inspect incoming products and materials - Coordinate pick‑ups, deliveries, and on‑site testing as required - Establish warehouse order priorities based on customer delivery commitments - Work closely with branch personnel to ensure customer satisfaction - Assist with special projects and support various departments as needed - Train and assist new employees when required Qualifications - Previous warehouse, assembly, industrial, or manufacturing experience preferred - Hydraulic experience considered a strong asset - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to interact professionally with customers and team members - Basic understanding of quality control processes and workplace safety procedures - Ability to analyze information and make sound decisions - Comfortable using computer systems and user‑friendly software - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Valid driver's license required Summary If you are a reliable and safety‑focused individual who enjoys hands‑on work in a fast‑paced industrial environment, we want to hear from you.
