Student Supply Chain Coordinator Our internships and Co-ops are designed to provide you with a business relevant project that will allow you to independently manage your own area of responsibility, while receiving support from an assigned Supervisor and Technical Mentor. Well help you discover your strengths and development areas in a challenging, fun, and supportive work environment. We are seeking a student to join us for a 4 month co-op position starting in September 2026. This position will be based out of Edmonton, Alberta. What You Will Be Working On What Youll Be Working On Collaborate with various departments to gather information forpurchasingand subcontract administration proposals. Assistin creating and formattingpurchasingand subcontract administration documents, ensuring adherence to organizational standards. Coordinate the review process, ensuringtimelyfeedback from stakeholders. Conduct market research related topurchasingand subcontract administration to gather relevant information for proposal content. Analyze client requirements in the context ofpurchasingand subcontract administration, tailoring proposals to meet specific needs. Stay informed about industry trends inpurchasingand subcontract administration to enhance proposal competitiveness. Maintain a comprehensive,accuratedatabase ofpurchasingand subcontract administration-related proposal content. Organize and manage files related to proposals for easy retrieval and reference. Work closely with subject matter experts inpurchasingand subcontract administration to understand technical details and incorporate them into proposals. Communicate effectively with team members for smooth collaboration during the development ofpurchasingand subcontract administration proposals. Conduct thorough proofreading and editing of proposals to ensure they are error-free and meet quality standards. Assistin the development of templates and standard content specific topurchasingand subcontract administration to streamline future proposal processes. This job description outlines the general nature and level of work performed by the Supply Chain Student.
