The one who walks into a mechanical room and instantly starts diagnosing the problem before anyone else has finished explaining it. The technician who can troubleshoot a furnace in January, solve a boiler issue in a commercial building, diagnose airflow problems, repair a rooftop unit, tackle hydronic systems, work through gas systems, understand controls, communicate with customers, and leave people saying: "That was the best service experience I've had."
