Equation Staffing Solutions is currently hiring a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Coordinator for our client located in Edmonton AB. Location: Edmonton, AB Pay: $24/hour (versatile based on experience) Shift: Monday to Friday | Full-Time Contract Until November 2026 Position Overview The Production Coordinator plays a key role in supporting daily production operations through scheduling, planning, internal communication, and workflow coordination. This role acts as a central point of contact between production, operations, sales, and management teams to help ensure projects are completed efficiently, accurately, and on schedule. This is primarily an office-based role; however, the successful candidate will regularly walk the shop floor and coordinate with technicians, making this a safety-sensitive position. Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily production schedules and activities Track production timelines, inventory, and material availability Communicate effectively with internal departments and production teams Prepare work orders, production reports, and related documentation Monitor workflow to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met Assist with inventory control and production planning Resolve production issues and escalate delays when necessary Maintain accurate production records and ERP system data Support health and safety compliance initiatives Collaborate with operations and quality assurance teams Qualifications & Skills Solid organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Proven ability to collaborate across departments Advanced computer skills Microsoft Outlook Microsoft Excel ERP systems High attention to detail and ability to manage changing priorities Additional Information: Full time contract role through November 2026 Monday to Friday schedule Occasional after-hours availability required Steel-toed boots required Immediate start Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour Experience: Microsoft Office: 1 year (required) Microsoft Excel: 1 year (required) ERP systems: 1 year (required) Computer skills: 1 year (required) Organizational skills: 1 year (required) Language: English (preferred) Location: Edmonton, AB (required) Work Location: In person Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2ofjna
