Yard and Warehouse Supervisor Role, Edmonton

Take charge as a Yard and Warehouse Supervisor with Consolidated Gypsum Supply. Oversee operations with a focus on efficiency and safety across our Alberta and Saskatchewan facilities.

In this pivotal role, you will supervise daily activities in the warehouse and yard area, coaching and mentoring staff for success. Your responsibilities will include managing order accuracy, inventory processes, and handling safety protocols while fostering a positive work culture. Strong leadership and multitasking are crucial for this position.

Key Responsibilities:• Direct and oversee warehouse and yard staff • Manage order fulfillment and ensure inventory profitability • Unload shipments and check for delivery accuracy • Ensure maintenance of facilities and manage security protocols • Conduct weekly staff meetings and performance reviews

Requirements:• Prior supervisory experience in a warehouse, ideally in building supply • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP systems • Strong leadership and communication skills essential • Must be forklift certified and able to lift 100 lbs • Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
