CNC Production Operator (Junior) – Day & Night Shift Source Machine – Edmonton, AB Full-Time | Performance-Based Growth About the Role We are a high-output CNC machine shop running 30+ machines, 24/7, and we are looking for reliable, hard-working individuals to join our production team. This is a production-driven role, not a “learn at your own pace” workplace. You will be expected to learn quickly, stay focused, and perform consistently. We will train the right people — but attitude, reliability, and work ethic come first. What You’ll Be Doing - Running 1–2 CNC machines at a time in a production environment - Loading/unloading parts and maintaining cycle efficiency - Performing basic inspections using measuring tools - Following clear work instructions with zero shortcuts - Keeping your area clean, organized, and production-ready - Supporting general shop work as needed What We Expect (Non-Negotiable) - Show up on time, every day - Stay focused during repetitive work - Work with urgency and hit production expectations - Follow instructions and processes exactly - Take accountability for your output and quality - Be willing to do general shop work while learning If you are not comfortable with the above, this role is not a fit.
