Plumber (West Edmonton)

Rooftop Mechanical is a fast-growing company with an excellent reputation, specializing in rooftop-based mechanical systems. We are seeking a skilled and dependable Lead Plumber to take on a key role within our team. This is not a general plumbing position — this is a high-responsibility, field leadership role where you will operate with a high level of independence, manage your own schedule, and play a direct role in maintaining our quality standards and reputation. Key Responsibilities: - Lead installation, maintenance, and repair of specialized plumbing systems (primarily rooftop work) - Take ownership of daily job planning, scheduling, and execution - Supervise and direct a plumbing helper/apprentice - Ensure all work meets company standards, safety requirements, and applicable codes - Troubleshoot issues and deliver productive, high-quality solutions - Represent the company professionally on job sites Qualifications: - Proven plumbing experience (specialized experience is an asset) - Comfortable working at heights and on rooftops daily - Strong leadership, organization, and time management skills - Ability to work independently and take initiative - Basic electrical knowledge is an asset - Valid driver’s license What We Offer: - A key leadership role within a growing company - High level of independence and responsibility - Flexible, self-managed schedule - Company truck provided - Health advantages after 3 months - Support from a helper - Competitive compensation based on experience - Consistent, specialized work (no general service calls) - Long-term opportunity with growth potential Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: - Company car - Dental care Work Location: In person Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2ogevw
