Overview We are currently seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Production Associate to join a busy industrial operation in Edmonton. This position is ideal for candidates with warehouse, assembly, hydraulics, quality control, or industrial manufacturing experience who thrive in a hands‑on environment.

Responsibilities
Assembly and process product accurately and efficiently
Ensure customer orders are processed, filled, and shipped on time
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
Perform workplace safety inspections and participate in safety meetings and improvement initiatives
Conduct inspections, reclamation, testing, shipping, and assembly of products
Issue non‑conformance reports, hold/scrap tags, and corrective actions when required
Monitor calibrated equipment and ensure maintenance and calibration schedules are followed
Maintain warehouse equipment and document maintenance activities in logs
Perform inventory control and assist with warehouse organization
Receive and inspect incoming products and materials
Coordinate pick‑ups, deliveries, and on‑site testing as required
Establish warehouse order priorities based on customer delivery commitments
Work closely with branch personnel to ensure customer satisfaction
Assist with special projects and support various departments as needed
Train and assist new employees when required
Qualifications
Previous warehouse, assembly, industrial, or manufacturing experience preferred
Hydraulic experience considered a strong asset
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to interact professionally with customers and team members
Basic understanding of quality control processes and workplace safety procedures
Ability to analyze information and make sound decisions
Comfortable using computer systems and user‑friendly software
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Valid driver's license required
