Description
Key Responsibilities

Directly supervise Distribution facilities and staff in the designated area;

Ensure that safety standards are met at all times;

Model and enforce Distribution strategy of excellence in customer service, and timely delivery of product;

Perform Home Care Service Representative duties when required to address operational needs;

Co‑ordinate with the Regional Distribution Manager in monitoring, reporting and actioning distribution staff performance requirements;

Co‑ordinate with the Regional Distribution Manager in hiring, training and compliance documentation;

Work with all staff (Distribution, Sales, Clinical, Customer Care Associates) on inventory management with the goal of timely and efficient fulfillment of customer needs;

Complete site surveys and assessments when necessary, to ensure appropriate access to the customer's site and propose alternatives;

Assist in resolving daily operational challenges and opportunities;

Ability to travel in the region;

Accessibility for after‑hours support;

Qualifications

Asset to have a college diploma or a university degree in finance / business administration / supply chain management / logistics or equivalent experience;

5 years of experience in transport operations

Good knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations

Operational security experience

Experience leading a team with energy and enthusiasm

Ability to exert maximum muscle force to lift, push, pull, or carry objects up to 75 pounds

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Excellent communication, team interaction and presentation skills

Strong ability to set priorities and follow through on tasks within tight deadlines

Proficiency in Microsoft 365, and must be able to efficiently use Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Excel, and Word
