This permanent role involves operating molding machines, loading polyethylene resin, and ensuring the quality of the produced parts before they move to the trimming department. Your oversight and teamwork will be crucial in enforcing safety protocols and schedules, as well as aiding in mold changes using cranes. Forklift experience is essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:• Set up and operate molding machines efficiently • Collaborate with others in mold assembly and disassembly • Use overhead cranes for mold changes • Load resin into ovens and molds for production • Perform inspections before each shift

Requirements:• At least 1 year of supervisory experience required • Preferred 2 years of manufacturing or construction experience • High attention to detail • Capability to lift up to 75 lbs • Willingness to work in a hot manufacturing environment
