This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Call Center Specialist located in the Greater Edmonton Metropolitan Area. The Call Center Specialist will handle inbound and outbound calls, provide exceptional customer service, and resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally. Responsibilities include managing customer accounts, troubleshooting client issues, and addressing concerns efficiently. The specialist will also record and update customer information, ensuring accuracy within internal systems, and collaborate with team members to maintain high service standards in a fast‑paced environment.Qualifications
