Job Description Reporting to the Business Centre Manager, the Warehouse Supervisor will oversee the efficient receipt, storage, preparation and delivery of customer orders and ensure all warehouse processes run smoothly and promptly.
Status Regular, Full time
Location Edmonton, Alberta
Responsibilities
Manage warehouse operations, space planning, inventory, storage, shipping, and receiving processes
Lead and supervise warehouse staff to ensure a collaborative, organized and efficient work environment
Prepare and ship customer orders on time using a variety of couriers
Maintain highly organized warehouse and yard spaces
Ensure compliance with health, safety and security measures
Maintain accurate and organized warehouse records
Offload trucks and inspect for missing or damaged merchandise
Receive and verify shipments, placing merchandise in stock
Track related customer back‑orders and inform customers of arrival
Arrange stock in an orderly fashion and rearrange as required
Pack goods for damage‑free shipment
Perform other related tasks as needed
Requirements
Ideally 5 years of related experience
Strong communication, people skills, and initiative
Excellent organizational skills
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong ability and desire to develop and grow skills
Valid Forklift Operator Certification
Product knowledge is an asset
