Production Technician (Ultrasonic Cleaning Machine), Edmonton

We are looking for an experienced operator to set up, operate and maintain ultrasonic cleaning machines for optical components in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Set up, operate, and maintain ultrasonic cleaning machines

Clean optical components such as lenses and prisms to required standards

Perform routine maintenance (filter changes, solution replacement, machine cleaning)

Troubleshoot equipment issues and support maintenance activities

Conduct quality checks (water conductivity, pH levels, chemical concentration, temperature)

Maintain accurate records for maintenance, production, and quality control

Follow safety procedures when handling equipment and cleaning chemicals (PPE required)

Collaborate with engineers and production teams to improve processes

Ensure workplace cleanliness and compliance with safety standards

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in ultrasonic cleaning, manufacturing, or related field

Experience in equipment maintenance and troubleshooting

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel (SAP knowledge is an advantage)

Able to work independently and as part of a team

Comfortable working in a hands‑on production environment

Working Hours

Monday to Friday (rotating shifts)

7:00 AM– 4:20 PM

8:00 AM– 5:20 PM

3:00 PM– 11:30 PM

11:00 PM– 7:30 AM
