Are you looking to start a hands-on career in the automotive industry? Windshield Surgeons is hiring a full time Trainee Auto Glass Technician to join our team! No previous experience in auto glass is needed — just a great attitude, a valid Class 5 driver’s license, and a willingness to learn. What You’ll Do: Assist experienced auto glass installers with repairs and replacements Perform rock chip and crack repairs Clean customer vehicles as part of our service promise Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work setting Answer customer calls, provide support, and process payments Shuttle vehicles to and from local dealerships What We’re Looking For: A valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving record (required) Able to drive both standard and automatic transmission vehicles Physically fit and comfortable standing or moving for long periods A reliable team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment Available to work Monday–Friday (8am–5pm) and Saturdays (9am–3pm) as per the shop schedule Why Work With Us?
