Elevate production efficiency as a Process Improvement Engineering Specialist. Take charge of process setups and monitor yields within Drive Backend Assembly to ensure quality compliance.
As an Engineering Specialist III, you'll implement process buyoff and handle data analyses crucial to optimizing manufacturing operations. Your role will require collaboration with engineers to detect production excursions, propose corrective actions, and lead improvement projects. You will contribute significantly to maintaining high standards through effective monitoring of KPIVs and KPOVs.
Key Responsibilities:• Conduct process buyoff and ensure product compliance • Monitor and analyze production yields proactively • Collaborate with engineering teams for stability and quality • Lead projects aimed at continuous production improvements • Perform necessary tasks as per team objectives
Requirements:• Diploma in Engineering or similar discipline • Strong analytical abilities and data querying experience • Manufacturing process knowledge is advantageous • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines • Proficient in English verbal and written communication
