Company Description Toys4Two is a growing Edmonton-based charitable initiative dedicated to raising funds to purchase brand-recent toys for children in need during the Christmas season. Our mission is simple: to ensure that no child feels forgotten during the holidays. We work closely with organizations such as the Ronald McDonald House and Kids Kottage, supporting children and families during challenging times. As we continue to expand, we are building a passionate team committed to creating real impact within our community. Role Description Position: Volunteer Marketing Intern (Unpaid) Location: Edmonton (Remote with occasional local collaboration) Time Commitment: Flexible (approximately 3–5 hours per week) Toys4Two is looking for a creative and motivated Marketing Intern to join our growing team. This is a volunteer-based, unpaid position designed for students or individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in social media marketing, branding, and nonprofit growth. Responsibilities Create and schedule engaging content for Instagram and TikTok Develop short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, trend-based content) Assist in growing Toys4Two’s social media presence and engagement Brainstorm and execute creative marketing campaigns leading up to Christmas Engage with followers through comments, messages, and interactive content Analyze basic engagement metrics and suggest improvements Support outreach efforts to increase visibility and community involvement Qualifications Passion for community impact and helping children Basic understanding of Instagram and/or TikTok platforms Creativity and willingness to experiment with trends Robust communication and teamwork skills Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently Interest in marketing, business, communications, or social media Compensation This is a volunteer, unpaid internship position.
