Key Responsibilities:• Create optimal itineraries balancing cost and traveler needs • Maintain Amadeus queues for processing tickets and refunds • Anticipate schedule changes and resolve issues proactively • Complete all necessary documentation accurately • Collaborate to inform clients on travel guidelines
Requirements:• At least 3 years in the travel industry necessary • Bilingual in English and French for daily tasks • Mastery of Amadeus GDS is essential • Proficient in MS Office applications • TICO certification required; OPC certification for Quebec candidates
